1 year of experience in placement coordination, recruitment. HR, or career services.Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds and industry sectors.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with database management.Knowledge of current job market trends and industry demands.
Preferable language: English, Khasi and PnarKey Responsibilities:Build and maintain partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry leaders.Guide students in career planning. resume development, and interview preparation.Organize and manage campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.Maintain updated placement records, employer databases, and generate periodic reports.Collaborate with training teams to align student skills with industry requirements.Track placed candidates and collect employer feedback for continuous improvement.Research and identify new sectors and opportunities for student placements.
